**TheSimplyStylish.in - Exchange & Return Policy**

We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy below:

 **Exchange Policy**

1. **Notification Period**:
- All exchanges must be requested within seven days of product delivery (including the day of delivery). Please inform us of any issues within this timeframe.

2. **Eligible Exchanges**:
- For size issues or incorrect products received, you can request an exchange within the seven-day window.
- We will exchange the product for another size or the correct product of the same value without additional charges and arrange for reverse pickup.
- If the new product's value is higher, you will need to pay the price difference online.

3. **Product Condition**:
- Products must have the original sticker label attached, be properly folded, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed without these conditions.

4. **Additional Exchange Requests**:
- Exchange requests will only be processed once per order. In exceptional cases requiring a second exchange, an extra charge of Rs 100 will apply.

 **Return Policy**

1. **Refunds for Defective Products**:
- Refunds are only available for genuine cases of defective products. Notify our customer support at sales@thesimplystylish.in with order details, issue description, and photos/videos of the defect.

2. **Refund Process**:
- Approved refunds for defective products will be provided as a store coupon redeemable at thesimplystylish.in. The coupon code will be issued within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted.
- If a return is accepted for reasons other than defects (e.g., correct order delivered but returned), ₹99.00 for T-Shirt, Crop-Top, Tank Top and ₹199.00 for Sweatshirt and Bomber Jacket will be deducted for reverse pickup service due to increased logistics costs.

3. **Non-Refundable Items**:
- Refunds are not available for slight variations in color or design compared to website images. All Images are for Illustration Purposes.
- Products used or washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement with no extra cost. After 4 hours, if cancellation is requested, Rs 90 will be deducted provided the order is not shipped. If shipped and rejected at delivery, Rs 150 will be deducted. Refunds will be processed via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer within 10-15 working days.


5. **Reverse Pickup Charges**:
- We reserve the right to charge Rs 90 per 500gms for reverse pickup, payable online or deducted from the refund.

6. **Rejection/RTO at Delivery**:
- If the product is rejected or return to sender at the time of delivery, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund due to shipping and return shipping costs.

 **General Conditions**

- Ensure not to accept damaged packages at delivery to avoid issues.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy conditions.
- All disputes are subject to Punjab jurisdiction only.
