**TheSimplyStylish.in - Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) and Fake Order Policy**

At TheSimplyStylish.in, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, to maintain this standard, we need to address the issue of fake orders and misuse of our Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

While most of our customers are wonderful and genuinely appreciate our efforts, we have encountered instances where some place orders and then refuse to accept them upon delivery, claiming they never placed the orders. To protect our service and ensure a positive experience for all our customers, we have implemented the following policy:

    **Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy**

1. **Partial COD**: 

 We accept 25% upfront payment for partial COD Orders, to secure our shipping, customer acquisition cost and management charges, if the order is not accepted during delivery, paid amount is not refundable. 

2. **Order Confirmation**:
- After placing a COD order, customers will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email to confirm their order. This confirmation process must be completed within 3 days of the order date.
- If we do not receive confirmation within this period, the order will be canceled, and a cancellation message will be sent to the provided phone number.

2. **Handling Genuine Customers**:
- We understand that genuine customers might occasionally miss the confirmation message due to valid reasons. If your order is canceled by mistake, please contact us at support@thesimplystylish.in, and we will be happy to process your order.

3. **Incomplete Addresses**:
- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the provided address appears incomplete or invalid.

    **Fake Order Policy**

1. **Verification**:
- All COD orders will undergo a verification process to ensure their legitimacy. This includes confirming order details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

2. **Frequent Cancellations**:
- Customers who frequently place and then cancel COD orders may have their ability to place COD orders restricted or removed. This is to ensure that our resources are used efficiently and to prevent abuse of our services.

3. **Contact for Appeals**:
- If you believe your order was incorrectly flagged or cancelled as a fake order, please reach out to us at sales@thesimplystylish.in. We value your business and will work to resolve any issues.

We regret having to implement these measures, but they are necessary to ensure the integrity of our service and to provide a fair shopping experience for all our customers.
